Amber Williams
Amber Williams is a third-generation small-business owner from Wichita, Kansas, a global engineer, entrepreneur, and proud citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering from Wichita State University, with a specialization in cyber-physical systems. She is also training in unmanned aircraft systems, is receiving a technical certificate in unmanned aircraft systems, and is a drone pilot.
She leads Circa81 Design®, a Native American woman-led AEC firm delivering future-focused solutions across infrastructure, emerging technologies, and professional services. Her work spans design, engineering, and construction management for Tribal Nations, federal agencies, and private-sector clients, with an emphasis on scalable, systems-driven impact.
Amber also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member and practitioner in Aviation, Industrial Automation, and Engineering at WSU Tech and Hesston College, where she mentors the next generation of technical and engineering leaders.
